Terms & Conditions

Kinky Web Design will discuss all Client requirements and agree a price.

A writtten quote will be provided based on the agreed specification.

A 50% deposit is required before work commences.

Once the website is written Kinky Web Design will put it on one of their servers for the Client to approve.

Any changes that are requested will be made at that point.

Once the Client has agreed in writing (this can be email) the final payment will be made and then the website will be put 'live'.

If the Client cancels once work has begun on the website the desposit is non refunable.

If the full amount is not paid on completion of the website then it will not go 'live'.

All special offers and free offers are subject to conditions at that time.

The website will be the copyright of Kinky Web Design.

Any individual terms will be discussed at the time and will be put in writing to the Client.

Hosting fees and domain name purchase (where applicable) will be payable in addition to the 50% deposit.
